AN ORDINANCE concerning: Comprehensive Zoning – Region 5 (As Amended)

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the County Council of Anne Arundel County, Maryland, That the portions of the Digital Zoning Layer dated February 22, 2011, adopted in whole or in part by Bill No. 12-11, as amended, the portions of the Digital Zoning Layer dated May 16, 2011, adopted in whole or in part by Bill No. 44-11, as amended, and the portions of the Digital Zoning Layer dated September 6, 2011, adopted in whole or in party by Bill No. 66-11, as amended, for the Region Planning Area No. 5, are hereby repealed.

SECTION 3. And be it further enacted, That the “Anne Arundel County Digital Zoning Layer, dated February 2, 2026, for Region Planning Area No. 5 of Anne Arundel County”, as amended by Section 2 of this Ordinance, prepared by the Office of Planning and Zoning, is hereby approved and adopted.

SECTION 4. And be it further enacted, That the “Anne Arundel County Digital Zoning Layer, dated February 2, 2026, for Region Planning Area No. 5” that is described in Section 3 of this Ordinance is incorporated by reference as if fully set forth and a certified copy shall be permanently kept on file in the office of the Administrative Officer to the County Council and in the Office of Planning and Zoning.
